We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Certain large items (such as cold plunge tubs, saunas, and recovery equipment) may ship via LTL freight carriers, including:

Freight deliveries may require a scheduled delivery appointment and may include curbside delivery only unless otherwise specified.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:

Customers will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Any applicable freight surcharges or special delivery fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of a claim.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
9. Backorders
If an item becomes backordered, we will notify you within 48 hours of your purchase.
You will have the option to:

Wait for the item to become available

Choose a comparable replacement

Cancel the affected item for a refund
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing or freight scheduling and may not be eligible for cancellation.
