1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before processing, production, freight scheduling, or fulfillment has begun.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. Eligibility depends on the status of the order and any applicable manufacturer or supplier cancellation terms.

2. Orders in Processing or Already Shipped

Once processing, production, freight scheduling, shipment preparation, or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order can no longer be canceled, any available return options after delivery are governed by the product-specific return terms and our Return & Refund Policy. Some products are final sale for non-defective returns.

3. Freight Shipments and Large Items

Large wellness products such as saunas and cold plunges may require freight coordination. Cancellation may not be possible once freight scheduling or shipment preparation has begun.

Applicable manufacturer, supplier, freight, processing, or cancellation charges may apply when permitted by the product-specific terms.

4. Refund Processing

If a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary, and your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

5. Product-Specific Terms

Cancellation and return terms may vary by manufacturer and product. Product-specific terms displayed on an individual product page supplement and, where applicable, take precedence over general policy language for that product.
