1. Warranty Coverage Overview

Products sold through Wellness Retreat HQ are generally covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage, duration, limitations, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer, product category, and model.

Specific warranty information may be provided:

  • Within product manuals

  • Through manufacturer documentation

  • Upon request through customer support

Wellness Retreat HQ is not the manufacturer of the products offered and does not independently provide product warranties beyond those expressly stated by the applicable manufacturer.

However, our team is committed to assisting customers throughout the warranty support process.


2. Delivery Inspection & Product Condition

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly upon delivery.

For freight deliveries:

  • Inspect packaging before signing delivery paperwork

  • Note any visible damage on the carrier receipt

  • If inspection is not immediately possible, note “suspect damage” when signing if concerns exist

If shipping damage, defects, or missing components are discovered:

  • Contact support@wellnessretreathq.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of packaging and product

    • Description of the issue

Prompt reporting is important to preserve freight claim eligibility and assist with manufacturer support coordination.

Failure to report shipping damage within required reporting timeframes may impact claim eligibility.


3. Manufacturer Warranty Terms

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty coverage may vary significantly between manufacturers and products.

Manufacturer warranties commonly do NOT cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Neglect or lack of maintenance

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Commercial use unless specifically approved

  • Environmental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable or maintenance components

  • Damage resulting from improper electrical, plumbing, or installation conditions

Customers should review all manufacturer documentation and installation requirements carefully.


4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty-related request, customers should contact:

Please include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos when applicable

Additional troubleshooting information, serial numbers, or product documentation may be requested depending on manufacturer requirements.

Once submitted, Wellness Retreat HQ will assist in coordinating communication with the manufacturer or supplier to help facilitate the warranty review process.

Warranty approval decisions, replacement authorization, repair authorization, and coverage determinations are ultimately made according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.


5. Warranty Resolution Options

If a warranty claim is approved, resolution options may vary depending on:

  • Manufacturer policies

  • Product category

  • Replacement availability

  • Repair feasibility

  • Severity of the issue

Approved warranty resolutions may include:

6. Shipping, Labor & Service Responsibilities

Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer:

  • Customers may be responsible for inbound shipping or freight costs associated with warranty evaluation or service

  • Labor costs, installation fees, electrician fees, plumbing fees, assembly fees, removal costs, crane services, or related service expenses are generally not covered under standard manufacturer warranties

  • Freight coordination for oversized wellness products may require additional scheduling or carrier coordination

Outbound replacement shipping may be covered depending on manufacturer approval and warranty terms.


7. Warranty Transferability

Most manufacturer warranties apply only to the original purchaser and original delivery location unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty transferability, commercial-use coverage, or extended warranty availability may vary by product and manufacturer.


8. Product-Specific Warranty Terms

Certain products may include manufacturer-specific warranty conditions, exclusions, service procedures, or coverage limitations that differ from general store policies.

Where applicable, product-specific warranty information listed on individual product pages or provided by the manufacturer shall supplement and govern the warranty coverage for that product.


9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Wellness Retreat HQ shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, product failure, installation delays, or inability to use a product.

Any liability related to products purchased through Wellness Retreat HQ shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable product purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so portions of this policy may not apply to all customers.


10. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
