Does the Auris Two require professional installation?

Professional installation is available as an optional service. Installation and electrical requirements should be confirmed for your specific site before preparation or electrical work begins.

The Auris Two is a large outdoor sauna delivered by freight. Orivon's current U.S. lead time for the Auris collection is typically 15–60 business days, although timing may vary based on location, carrier availability, and unforeseen delays. Large Orivon sauna shipments are palletized and transported by LTL freight. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and standard delivery is curbside. Because of the size and weight of the shipment, plan in advance for receiving the sauna and moving the components from the delivery point to the prepared installation area. Inspect the shipment when it arrives. If there is visible freight damage, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and contact Wellness Retreat HQ at support@wellnessretreathq.com as soon as possible so we can assist with the next steps.

The Auris Two is covered by Orivon Wellness's 5-year limited manufacturer warranty, beginning when you receive the sauna. Coverage includes structural components, the heater, electrical systems, and interior fittings under normal residential use. Orivon Wellness

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; improper installation or failure to follow setup and maintenance instructions; misuse, abuse, or neglect; unauthorized modifications or repairs; commercial use unless separately covered; or damage caused by external factors such as extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges. If you believe your Auris Two has a warranty-covered issue, contact Wellness Retreat HQ at support@wellnessretreathq.com with your order information, a detailed description of the issue, and applicable photos or videos. We will help coordinate the warranty claim with Orivon. Following review, the resolution may include repair, replacement parts, or full product replacement at Orivon's discretion.

All sales of the Auris Two are final for non-defective products. If your Auris Two arrives defective or damaged, please contact Wellness Retreat HQ at support@wellnessretreathq.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with the claim.

Claims may require photos or video of the issue and proof of purchase. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, available resolutions may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return or refund.
