Use and compatibility

Mount wall accessories in a suitable location according to manufacturer guidance. Confirm adequate bench and wall space for the shelf and both backrests. Use sauna essence only as directed, and only with a heater designed to accept water on the stones; never pour concentrated essence directly onto hot elements.

Ordering and delivery

Leisurecraft's dealer terms list a $55 flat shipping charge for accessories shipped separately. Combined sauna-and-accessory orders and any special destination charges require confirmation. Inspect the shipment promptly and report missing or damaged components within the supplier's 30-day claims window. Leisurecraft's dealer terms do not accept returns; WRHQ's applicable customer terms should be reviewed before purchase.

Shipping & Delivery — Leisurecraft

Residential sauna delivery carries a $320 drop-ship charge. Leisurecraft arranges freight to the curb or end of the driveway; the driver does not unload the crate. The customer must arrange unloading and verify access for a large freight truck. Crates can be 6–14 feet long and approximately 800–1,600 lb. A liftgate may be available for crates up to 84 inches; longer crates require customer-arranged unloading equipment or an alternate pickup arrangement. Delivery appointments and manufacturer build estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote areas and requested special services may incur additional charges. Contact WRHQ before ordering if unloading arrangements are uncertain.

Returns & Transit Damage — Leisurecraft

Leisurecraft does not accept standard returns or change-of-mind returns. Inspect shipments on arrival; photograph damage, note visible crate damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading, and notify Wellness Retreat HQ immediately. Manufacturer claims for transit damage or missing components must be made within 30 days of receipt. Leisurecraft determines the replacement-parts resolution. Applicable legal rights and manufacturer warranty coverage remain unaffected.

Manufacturer Warranty

Leisurecraft-manufactured products carry a five-year limited residential warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from receipt by the original consumer. Approved claims provide replacement parts only; labor, service and installation are not covered. Normal wear, improper installation or maintenance, weather damage and failure to follow manufacturer instructions are excluded. Heaters, chillers and other third-party components have separate manufacturer warranties. Contact support@wellnessretreathq.com for assistance.
